Per has extensive experience advising on complex legal matters within his principal areas of expertise, including Real Estate, Corporate Commercial, Employment Law, Dispute Resolution, and M&A. He has particular experience in real estate transactions, including the structuring and disposal of properties in connection with third-party sales. Per regularly advises and represents companies, public authorities, and employers in matters relating to Real Estate, Employment Law, and disputes arising within the sectors in which he operates. He also undertakes investigations, reviews, and advisory assignments for public authorities and private companies, including employment law matters. Per heads the firm's Real Estate practice.
