About us

FHH has its head office in Stockholm and an office in Malmö. We have a total of 32 employees, 28 of whom are lawyers. In 2024, our turnover totalled approximately SEK 70 million. Our clients are located both in Sweden and internationally, and we offer business law expertise that spans borders and industries.

Quality over quantity

At FHH, we don't aim to grow to compete with the largest commercial law firms. Instead, our focus is on delivering the highest quality legal services, and it is through this that we assert ourselves in the market. We are not a full-service law firm but a specialised high-end law firm offering expertise in the areas in which we operate. Our aim is always to provide our clients with the best possible advice and solutions tailored to their needs.

Co-operation across office boundaries

FHH is a commercial law firm with 33 employees, 28 of whom are lawyers. We have offices in both Stockholm and Malmö, where we offer services in all of our specialised areas, with the exception of insolvency, which is handled exclusively from our Stockholm office. Our employees work together daily across office boundaries, which means that we can handle larger assignments even though we are a smaller firm compared to the larger commercial law firms. Each assignment is considered the responsibility of the entire firm, ensuring our clients the best possible advice and the highest quality at every stage.

Ongoing dialogue

At FHH, we value communication and co-operation. Our partners and senior lawyers maintain an ongoing dialogue with all employees, and the partners are in regular contact with the associates. This communication takes place in several ways - through meetings within the working groups to which they belong, at regular weekly meetings or during performance reviews. All staff members undergo annual performance reviews to ensure that we can continue to grow and develop together as a firm.

"In order to guarantee our clients the best possible advice, each assignment is considered as an assignment for the whole firm."

Understanding our clients' business

Our aim is to constantly adapt to the changes and challenges our clients face, so that we can continue to deliver value in an increasingly complex business world. We recognise that legal expertise alone is not enough - providing the best advice also requires a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and the external factors affecting their future. That's why we take a broader, holistic approach, giving our people the tools to look beyond the law, so that we can offer solutions that make a real difference, both in the short and long term.

Close co-operation leads to deep understanding

At FHH, we work with business law issues for a number of client companies and organisations, both nationally and internationally. Working closely with our clients places high demands on us as advisors - not only to deliver the highest quality advice, but also to be accessible and flexible. By working closely with our clients, we gain a deep insight and understanding of their organisations and business processes, enabling us to offer solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Client-specific solutions

FHH's clients include owners of assets and businesses with significant values, such as investment companies, private ownership companies, private individuals, landowners and entrepreneurs. We also represent both listed and unlisted companies, as well as a number of authorities, municipalities, municipal companies and organisations. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our clients by always taking a holistic approach and offering the best solution, customised to their specific needs.

We are convinced that this long-term and customised approach adds value. By dealing with clients' legal issues on a long-term basis, we gain a deeper insight into their businesses. Working closely together sets high standards for our advice, availability and integrity - and this is something we always live up to in every assignment.

Environment and sustainability

International cooperation

Through our membership of the Warwick Legal Network, an international network of independent law firms, FHH can also offer services outside Sweden. Members of the Warwick Legal Network are represented in Europe, the USA and Asia.
WLN organizes annual conferences and networking events where current legal issues are discussed and professional relationships are strengthened. These events allow for skills development and the creation of strategic alliances.

Our involvement in WLN also includes a strategic alliance with ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations), which facilitates legal cooperation within the region and enables effective solutions to cross-border cases.

Staffing based on demand

At FHH, our approach is designed to put the client's needs and quality requirements at the centre. Our working methodology and quality assurance procedures aim to ensure that our services meet client expectations.

To meet both quality requirements and cost efficiency, we offer lawyers with different levels of experience and fees in our specialised areas. We endeavour to ensure that the client has full insight into how we plan to staff the project and has approved the staffing before the assignment begins. In this way, we can ensure a high degree of predictability in terms of both quality and costs.

Ethics in our daily work

At FHH, ethics and regulatory compliance are key principles. We deliver high-quality legal advice and our employees strictly adhere to the rules of the Bar Association. We place great importance on maintaining very good business ethics. Our policies, including guidelines on client management, GDPR, conflicts of interest, money laundering, and information security, are living documents that are regularly updated to adapt to business and market needs.

Practical measures include rigorous conflict of interest checks, anti-corruption policies for events and hospitality, and strict client due diligence to prevent money laundering. Our employees adhere to professional secrecy and undergo regular training on information security and relevant regulations.
