Broad experience makes a good specialist

At FHH, we prioritise continuous professional development for our lawyers. In addition to the mandatory Bar Association courses, we offer training in our specialised areas. However, we endeavour to ensure that our lawyers do not limit themselves to a single area. To be successful business lawyers, we believe in a broad base of experience, where they have the opportunity to work on different types of cases, clients and industries.We also encourage early and regular meetings with colleagues and clients, as we are convinced that this is the key to moulding the best advisors from the start.

Gender equality plan under constant development

Gender equality is one of our highest priorities at FHH. We are continuously working to improve our gender equality plan and ensure that it is always up to date. Our CEO is a woman, but we recognise that only two of our eight partners are women. This ratio is something we are actively working to change, with the aim of increasing the proportion of female partners.We also strive for a gender balance among our associates and are working hard to create a more balanced representation at all levels of the firm.
