Toralf heads the firm's Dispute Resolution practice group. He specializes in dispute resolution and regularly acts as counsel in disputes concerning complex commercial agreements, including M&A transactions, construction contracts, logistics, insurance, and financing arrangements, as well as claims for damages on various grounds. He also advises and represents clients in matters relating to public procurement law and public sector transactions. His experience further includes significant disputes concerning inheritance law and other areas of family and private wealth law. Toralf has completed the SCC/SAA arbitrator training programme and also accepts appointments as arbitrator in arbitration proceedings conducted under the SCC Rules. His clients include private and public companies, government agencies, regional authorities, and private legal clients.
