Lars practices within Corporate Commercial and Insolvency law. He is regularly appointed as a trustee in bankruptcy and administrator in company reorganisations and is thusly experienced in most areas of business law, such as property law and employment law. As the former secretary and president of an organisation representing Swedish trustees in bankruptcy, he has been involved in and has influenced legislation within the insolvency area. He is also engaged to deliver lectures on his practice areas and on rules of professional conduct for lawyers, a subject on which he is the author of a book.
